Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers should ensure technician access to the appliance and service location.
  • Customers must keep payment proof, invoice, or service receipt for future reference.
  • Customers should check the repaired appliance before confirming service completion.
  • Any issue after service should be reported within the applicable service support period.

Payment Terms

Refund & Cancellation
