Customers may request cancellation before the technician is assigned, dispatched, or service work has started. Once the technician visit is completed, cancellation will not be treated as valid.

Before Assignment

Cancellation may be accepted without extra charges if no technician is assigned.

After Dispatch

Visit or travel charges may apply if the technician is already on the way.

After Completion

Cancellation is not applicable once repair, inspection, or installation is completed.

When Cancellation Charges May Apply

  • If the technician has already been assigned for your service request.
  • If the technician has already travelled or reached your location.
  • If inspection, diagnosis, installation, or repair work has already started.
  • If spare parts were specially ordered after customer approval.
  • If the customer provides incorrect address or is unavailable at the scheduled time.

Same-Day Service Cancellation

Same-day service bookings may involve faster technician assignment. Therefore, cancellation requests for same-day bookings should be made as early as possible. If the technician has already been dispatched, visit charges may apply.

Spare Parts Cancellation

If spare parts have already been ordered, purchased, or installed after customer approval, cancellation may not be possible for those parts. Any applicable amount will depend on supplier terms and service status.

Refund After Cancellation

Any refund after cancellation will be handled according to our Refund Policy. Approved refunds, if any, may take a few working days depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway.

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, address, appliance information, and availability at the scheduled service time. Incorrect details or unavailability may result in visit charges.
