Important Refund Notice

Service visit charges, diagnosis charges, and inspection charges are generally non-refundable once the technician visit has been completed.

General Refund Conditions

  • Service visit charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the customer location.
  • Inspection and diagnosis charges are non-refundable after appliance checking is completed.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on service status, work completed, and payment proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed repair, maintenance, or installation services.
  • No refund will be provided if the customer cancels after technician dispatch.

When Refund May Be Considered

  • If payment was made twice by mistake for the same service request.
  • If service was not provided due to unavoidable operational reasons.
  • If the customer cancelled before technician assignment or dispatch.
  • If refund approval is provided by our service support team after verification.

When Refund Is Not Applicable

  • After technician visit, inspection, or diagnosis is completed.
  • After repair or installation work has been completed.
  • If spare parts have already been ordered, installed, or used.
  • If the customer provides incorrect address, contact details, or appliance information.
  • If the issue occurs again due to misuse, physical damage, voltage fluctuation, or external damage.

Review Time

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3 to 7 working days.

Payment Mode

Approved refunds are processed using the original or agreed payment method.

Verification

Payment details and service records must be verified before approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the amount may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.

Spare Parts Refund Policy

Spare parts charges are not refundable once the part has been installed or used. If a spare part is ordered specially for the customer, cancellation or refund may not be possible after order confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide correct contact details, address, appliance model, issue description, and payment proof to avoid delays in service or refund processing.
